Q. How do I use my card?
A. Slots - Simply insert your personalized membership card into the cardreader located within or along side the machine while you play. Tables - Before playing, give your card to the dealer or floorman. With a minimum average bet, they will rate your level of play and credit your player account.

Q. How do my points accumulate?
A. When properly inserted into a slot machine, your players club card will automatically accumulate the earned points in your player account. For table games, the points earned are based on your average bet and your length of play. The floorman or pit boss will enter this information into your player account.

Q. How do I use my points?
A. Bring your players club card and proper photo identification to the players club booth at either casino. A friendly representative can assist you to redeem points for rooms, food, or Logo merchandise, including the Grand Traverse Resort & Spa.

Q. How do I qualify for discounts and promotions?
A. Simply use your card whenever you are playing. Card usage, also known as tracked play, may make you eligible for offers which are mailed out to qualifying players. Using your card also makes you eligible for in-house promotions as described by in-house signage and bulletins.
